Welcome to Her Hormone Health, a space I created to support women navigating hormone imbalances, early menopause, thyroid issues, and everything in between. My journey began in my early 30s with a diagnosis of early menopause—soon followed by thyroid dysfunction. Both experiences completely changed how I viewed my health, my body, and the way I live.
Why I Started This Blog
For the past ten years, I’ve been on a mission to understand what my body truly needs. I’ve explored nutrition, supplements, natural remedies, personal development, and mindset work. I’ve made plenty of mistakes, found what works (and what doesn’t), and slowly built a lifestyle that helps me feel stronger, calmer, and more in control of my wellbeing.
This Isn’t About Perfection
But I’m still learning. Hormone health isn’t something you “fix” once and for all—it’s ongoing, and there are still days when, despite doing everything ‘right’, I don’t feel my best. I have setbacks, I make adjustments, and I keep looking for what might help. This blog reflects that real-life process.
